Academy of guidance and development is established by Reema Hanamshet with a vision to reach out to all those who may be in need of emotional support and guidance. We also aim to aid education in the field of psychological counseling with the support of Banjara Academy, Bangalore.

Conducts and assesses psychometric tests to understand the emotional state of the client, and to aid the counselling process

Career guidance and counselling
Has been interacting with students of all age groups; helping them identify their aptitude in relation to their interests and eventually helping them make calculated choices which would help them take appropriate decisions
Answering students’ questions regarding career and emotional issues; helping them clarify their genuine doubts with information, encouraging and motivational messages, is also a part of the endeavour
As a part of the life-skills program with Banjara Academy:

Co-Facilitates several Teachers’ training programs to help teachers improve their quality of personal life, teaching and understand the psychology of children

Facilitates several workshops on Stress management, Empathy, etc for the several MBA Colleges, hospitals, Indian Air-Force, Defence and managements of several private companies

Helpes parents improve their parenting skills in workshops conducted by several companies and mainly schools

Conductes interactive counselling sessions with schools and college students and trains students and teachers in Life skills which help them resolve their academic and emotional issues

Mentors students of the online course - International Graduate Diploma in Counselling Skills offered by Banjara Academy

Was a Trainer with DHiE program of Deccan Herald during 2009-2010, through which she has interacted and trained students of over 100 prominent schools all over Bangalore, conducting sessions on various aspects of life skills, career, study techniques, relationships etc.
