Aptitude Testing
It is a detailed 3-4 hour process to determine personality traits, general intelligence, specific intelligence, interests / inclination and potential of the candidate.
The report gives an exhaustive analysis of matching interests to ability, list of prioritized careers based on skills, areas of improvement, recommended courses and colleges, and all alternative careers paths.
Carried out with individual attention to each candidate (10th std., PUC, college or working people) and every assessment is personally done

This test is designed for children, taking into account all aspects of a student. (Academics, behavioural, emotional and interpersonal)
The test is a simple one, a combination of oral and written questionnaire, requiring about 1-1/2 to 2 hours. Students in 7th standard and above can take it up.
Once the test is completed, the evaluation will be done and a written report will be given in a few days. (Candidates and parents are welcome to come back any number of times to discuss the future course of action and seek counselling.)
